Shipping Policy

At Little Cotton Seed, many of our products are personalized and made to order especially for you.

Processing Time

Orders are reviewed and prepared within 24 hours of purchase. Once approved, personalized designs are sent to production and made specifically for your order.

Our standard processing time is 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Shipping

Our products are designed in California and ship from our production facilities located in North Carolina and Missouri, USA.

Shipping transit times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and seasonal demand. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, items may be produced or shipped separately. As a result, you may receive your order in more than one package and on different delivery dates.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delivery Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
